This week, we welcomed Alex to the Element team.
Alex has been in recruitment for 2 years, his main specialism being HR. He started his career running an HR temporary desk (which went very well) then segued into an interim and permanent desk.
Recruitment was never part of the plan for Alex. He’s managed a pub, taught in a school, worked in skydiving, and after COVID, fell into recruitment and is loving the buzz of working on a busy HR recruitment desk.
