Here’s a little more about the people behind the strategy:
🔹 Tora has nearly 13 years in recruitment, 9 of those with Element, focusing on Qualified and Executive hires across the South West.
🔹 Tom has nearly 11 years of recruitment expertise, 7 with Element, and leads in Qualified Accountancy recruitment in the region.
🔹 Zoe brings 7 years of recruitment experience, including 4 with Element, and now oversees both our HR and Business Support teams.
🔹 Lucy has spent all 8 years of her recruitment career at Element and heads up our Temporary recruitment for Business Support and Accounting Operations.
🔹Steph brings over 25 years of recruitment experience in Bristol, specialising in temporary admin positions. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched.
Yesterday, we came together over lunch to reflect on a strong Q1, align on strategy for the next quarter, and celebrate the wins. A great meal, a few well-earned drinks, and some sunshine made it even better. 🌞🥂
