Onwards and upwards!
It’s all change again here at Element Recruitment – and this time we’re literally going up in the world!
For the last couple of years, the place we’ve called home has been an office on the 1st floor of Whitefriars, here in the centre of Bristol. It’s served us well but with our team growing rapidly, we knew it was time to find a bit more space. So, rather than stray too far, we’re staying in the same building but moving up to the heady heights of the 5th floor.
From 17 June 2019, our new, much-improved office space will mean we have more room for our dedicated teams – would you believe there are 23 of us now? It also means we have plenty of space to meet our clients and candidates, including three light and airy boardrooms where our clients can hold interviews.
Since Element Recruitment was founded in 2016, we haven’t stood still for long. In those early days we started out in a tiny office, with just enough room for the two of us – but definitely not enough room to swing a cat! We grew our business quickly, so by the end of the year, there were nine of us with two moves under our belt.
By February 2017 we were on the move again, making a big leap to a new office on the 1st floor of Whitefriars. That space was big enough to accommodate a team of 18 – surely that would last us a while? Incredibly due to the success of our business and the need to take on even more consultants, we’re moving again – but this time it’s just up instead of out!
There are now 23 of us and our brilliant teams working across Finance and Accountancy, Business Support and HR, and Architecture and Surveying are looking forward to settling into their new home. We hope you’ll pop in and see us too – the kettle is always on!
