Just over two years ago, Jod joined Element Recruitment and what a journey it's been. Starting on our Business Support desk before moving across to Finance, he's built his expertise the right way, putting the work in, asking the right questions and never cutting corners.
And speaking of questions….if you know Jod, you'll know he loves them. He has a sharp eye for facts and detail, a genuine curiosity that drives him to really understand the brief, and yes... an unshakeable love of a good spreadsheet! It's this meticulous approach that gives him a real edge, particularly when it comes to finding the right person for a niche or difficult role. Where others might struggle, Jod finds a way and his candidates know he genuinely has their best interests at heart.
It's been brilliant to watch Jod grow in confidence and truly become an expert in his field. He's not just good at what he does, he cares about doing it well. His work ethic is second to none, and his loyalty to Element and the wider team is something we don't take for granted.
