Today we're celebrating a huge milestone……. 5 years at Element for our People and Development Director, Zoe!
Zoe joined us 5 years ago as a Division Manager, and her journey since has been nothing short of exceptional. Through several well-earned promotions, she's grown into the Director of People and Development, shaping the culture and capability of our whole business along the way.
In that time, Zoe has hired, onboarded and trained a number of consultants, rolled out new initiatives, and made significant improvements to our hiring process. She's coached and developed people throughout the business and helped many of them earn their own promotions. And even though she's now in a non-billing role, she still gets stuck in and delivers a standout month whenever it's needed.
Zoe always puts other people first. She's fiercely loyal, always backs her team, and it's exactly what makes her such an outstanding manager. More recently, she's been driving projects to make sure the team has the best systems in place to work efficiently, all while continuing to build her network and sharpen her own skills.
Here's to five incredible years, Zoe - thank you for everything you do for Element and for all of us. Congratulations!
