We are very excited to welcome Kate Hooper to Element Recruitment UK as our Learning and Development Director. Kate joins us with almost 26 years’ experience within the recruitment industry where she has a proven track record of success. Kate started off at grass roots and progressed through her career due to her tenacity and passion for the industry. The latter part of her career has been focused mainly in training, development, operational and strategic roles which is where Kate’s passion lies and where she is going to add unlimited development and growth to our employees and business.
Learning is important to each employee, it boosts confidence, is enjoyable and provides happiness and stability, it leads to a better quality of life and helps boost personal development too. Learning is more than economic success; it can influence a person's life in so many positive ways which links into our employee engagement strategy.

Kate will be Elements first mental health first aider, another great step to ensure we offer full wellbeing to our employees, this is great leap forward for Element to support our diverse growing business.
