I’m pleased to announce that Nicola York has joined Element Recruitment.
Nicola has worked with Steve and I previously and we’re excited to be working with her again. Nic was looking for a company that could offer her flexibility and allow her to work in a way that suited her lifestyle and family whilst also delivering an outstanding service to her clients. She felt restricted by the working pattern and requirement to be office based that many recruitment firms adhere to and the lack of flexibility they offered. With Nic’s son experiencing anxiety about the transition to secondary school, we were able to offer Nic the flexibility to be there for her son and we know she will in return be there for her clients and candidates as demonstrated by her tenure in the market.
At Element Recruitment we don’t believe that the hours you work and where you work are important, we believe that having a work life balance is important and are happy for the team to work flexibly. We know that if someone is working from home or flexing their hours to have time off to spend with family, play sport or do the school run they will still be productive and provide an outstanding service to our clients and candidates. So we were delighted to offer Nicola a position on the team and benefit from her 20 years local recruitment experience.
After the success we’ve experienced in Bristol & Bath we’ve steadily grown our reach, and with established offices in Central Bristol and Cheltenham we’re excited that Nicola will be focussing on helping clients and candidates within the Swindon and Cirencester locations. Nicola will specialise in all Accountancy & Finance roles both interim and permanent.
Many of our clients and candidates will have worked with Nicola previously and be aware of her pro-active and customer focussed approach.
