Proud to be doing our bit

At Element Recruitment, our business is centred around people. Every day we help companies working across a broad range of sectors find their ideal candidates, and job seekers with a wide range of skills and experience, their dream role. That’s why we’re absolutely delighted to be able to work with the Bristol Post to champion some of our region’s brightest and most inspirational organisations and professionals.

Firstly, we are very proud to be sponsoring the ‘Employer of the Month’ award. An accolade that only goes to businesses with good practice, innovative ways of developing talent and a commitment to rewarding people for their hard work and achievements. And as we work with over 300 clients across the South West, there’s a very big chance we’ll already know some of them!

Of course, we’re an employer too, and dedicated to ensuring our people are encouraged and supported to achieve all they can – both for themselves and the people we work with. We also invest a lot of time in making sure we operate in a fair and ethical way in every aspect of our day-to-day work.

It also gives us great pleasure to be one of a team of sponsors involved in this year’s West Women Awards – we’ll be sponsoring the drinks reception so hopefully, we might see some of you there.

This is a great initiative for us to endorse. At Element, we’re keen champions of women in the workplace – and certainly practice what we preach. Of our team of 18 staff, 12 are female. In the boardroom too, women are well-represented in our organisation, with three of our five directors being female. So in many respects, we’re leading the way.

Being involved in local events like this is very important to us at Element Recruitment. We feel very strongly that if we can, we should put something back into the communities we work with – whether that’s the business community or people living around us. That’s why we’ve sponsored three local football teams and have now joined forces with the Bristol Post to support these two amazing awards.
