Tora has been with us for an incredible 9.5 years and has been truly fundamental to the success and growth of the business. With nearly 15 years’ experience in the sector, she is hugely respected by both clients and candidates and for very good reason.
She brings a consistently upbeat, positive energy to everything she does and is someone who genuinely lights up the office (no surprise she came out as a high yellow extrovert in our recent Clarity 4D profile!). Tora is always on hand to help, support, and champion others, and she cares deeply about the team and our culture.
Fresh back from a four-week mini sabbatical travelling Asia, she’s a great example of how high performance and a healthy, flexible work–life balance can go hand in hand. Alongside delivering exceptional results, she continues to invest in her own development and creative pursuits, constantly striving to improve and evolve.
