Tom Willis started his career in practice at a Top 20 firm, Saffery Champness in London. After 8 years working his way up to Group Audit Manager, he relocated to the South West, joining Wincanton as an Internal Audit Manager, Tom exploited his technical skills gained in practice.
As his career grew at Wincanton, Tom took on increasingly more responsibility moving into a business leadership role as Business Unit Controller. As Group Financial Controller, Tom worked closely with Wincanton’s Executive Management Team and had a broad scope of responsibilities. He was accountable for the direction of the FP&A and transactional finance teams, along with the organisation’s extensive procurement business.
