Bringin’ Summer Back

This August as the sun faded behind the clouds we weren’t ready to let go of that summer feeling. The Element Team were all back from holiday, refreshed and looking forward to welcoming another new addition to the team, Lucy Fieldhouse.

So, one Friday in August we all got together in our shorts, summer t-shirts and sunglasses to Bring Summer Back!

The morning involved speaking with clients about their requirements, helping candidates with their job search, arranging interviews and temp starts. It was also a chance for the team to have fun and in traditional Element style ……. eat lots of food!

Of course, we couldn’t help but add a competitive spirit to the morning. Yoshi won the airplane flying competition with her incredible accuracy and determinedness….

And Steph won the marshmallow castle building competition for her dainty sculpture...

Yoshi and Steph were victors this time and we’re looking forward to seeing a strong come back from the rest of the team this autumn.
