“The truth is...... I'm passionate about HR. I want to support and grow the HR network in the Bristol, Bath and South West area. If you know me, you’ll know that I’m CIPD qualified and have worked in both HR and L&D roles for over 5 years. I enjoy learning and developing my own HR skills and want to share this passion with the HR community too.
I'm personally interested in Well-being, Coaching, Employee Relations, L&D and Talent planning. I'm well connected in the South West with HR and L&D professionals that are keen to share their experience with you. As the HR industry develops, it is critical to explore new concepts and ideas. This will enable you to successfully influence key stakeholders. This can be a challenge without the necessary tools and knowledge at your fingertips.”
The plan – We’re hosting a range of events in the coming months in the hope we can begin to support your development. Starting on the Thursday 21st September Element will be hosting an event every third Thursday of the month at our offices Bristol. These events will kick off at 6pm and will include a glass of wine too!
We will be hosting quarterly breakfast events beginning with Head V Heart on Thursday 12th October. We’ll be joined by Nicola Rich and international best-selling author of Mum’s list, St. John (Singe) Greene to discuss how to deal with grief and illness in the workplace. These will be bigger events and based on topical HR subjects.
