We’ve just got back from a long weekend in Palma with the whole Element team and I think it’s safe to say we needed that!

This year felt extra special because it was our 10 year anniversary, which meant we took the whole team including our admin team. Having everyone there together really made it.

The highlight for everyone was definitely the yacht trip out on the water. Getting to bob around in the most beautiful clear sea with this group was so lovely, there was lots of laughter and the Captain made sure we were well looked after.

There was lots of time to catch up properly, celebrate our successes (we closed 6 offers on Friday whilst around the pool!) and just enjoy some well-earned sunshine. The food was brilliant too. Some lovely meals out, but the burger bar on Saturday night was something else and very much needed after a long day.

A big thank you to Charlie, George, Holly and Joe for keeping everything running smoothly while we were away. We wouldn’t have been able to switch off without you.
