And I honestly couldn’t recommend Drew enough! After being made redundant, I was feeling really stressed and unsure what to do next. A friend put me in touch with him, and within just a few days he had sorted me an interview, and I started my new job shortly after! From the start, Drew was so friendly, supportive, and genuinely lovely to deal with. He made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. The interview prep and advice he gave me beforehand was so helpful and definitely made me feel a lot more confident going in – without that, I honestly might not have got the job. I’ve worked with Tom Chambers specifically who has pretty much hand held me through the process. I decided after returning to work after May leave that I wanted to give temp and contracting a go. Tom linked me with a role in which I ended up making some amazing friendships with my colleagues and getting 2 extensions. Throughout that contract I was checked in on regularly which made it easy to transition into a new job search. I then opted for a contracting role which he again connected me. The admin side of contracting was all new to me and the team at Element are incredibly helpful through it all, it all feels shockingly seamless. Working alongside Chelsea made what is usually a very stressful process, incredibly easy.
