I’ve been dreading this day………today Emma is going off on maternity leave and I’m really going to miss her.

This is Em’s second mat leave with us so we all know the drill, but it doesn’t make it any better.

I love working with Em, she smashes through her work, she takes her responsibilities really seriously, but we have fun along the way. She’s incredibly loyal and dedicated – she chases our bad debt like it’s her own money!

She’s happy to go with the flow when we’re making changes to process and she doesn’t get cross when I break stuff and we love nothing more than a green tick in Xero!

Em I hope you enjoy your time off and I look forward to your return next year when you can sort out all the mistakes I’ve made!
