It’s been four years since Alex Martin joined Element Recruitment and we can’t believe where the time has gone!

Alex joined us straight from her A levels as our Sales Support Administrator. Since then, she has taken on additional responsibilities and as someone who loves rules and regulations she’s thrived in her role as our Compliance Officer, responsible for making sure our placements, terms and processes are always in line with legislation.

She’s also recently taken on a new challenge, playing a key part in how we use our new CRM to improve the experience for our candidates and clients.

Alex is a fountain of knowledge and always knows what is going on, she’s a social butterfly who is a popular member of the team and loves nothing better then correcting a spelling or grammar mistake or getting a good wordle score.

It was great to celebrate with you at the weekend Alex. Thanks for the last 4 years, excited to see what you set your sights on next!
