Transaction Services - Manager / Senior Manager - Bristol - Central

Are you a qualified accountant with experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance? We're currently seeking either a Manager or Senior Manager (DOE) to join this growing firm with newly refurbished offices in Central Bristol. With a well established reputation and network, this is a key role for leading on deals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage due diligence projects and teams to prepare a quality client deliverable
• Support Junior members, helping them with technical aspects and aiding their development
• Interpret and analyse financial and operational information including historical and projected trading, cash flow and balance sheets
• Support with identifying and reporting key issues which may affect transaction value
• Support with identifying and quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of deal structure
• Support the business development activities 

Your Profile:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Previous experience in Transaction Services / Advisory work
• Either Managerial or Assistant managerial experience
• Strong Excel Skills
