Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed

About you
