Temporary Payroll Administrator | Bristol | £11ph - £14ph

We are pleased to be working exclusively with a leading company based in Bristol who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to start this week! If you are immediately available or available on short notice, this role would be perfect for you! Full-time or part-time available!

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of weekly / monthly payrolls from start to finish
  • Collating and checking weekly timesheets
  • Processing any changes to payroll that may arise out of queries, e.g overpayments, underpayments and backdated pay changes
  • Good knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and legislation
  • Processing new starters and leavers and maintaining employees' payroll records
  • Calculating and entering variable overtime, travel allowances and expense payments. 
  • Processing statutory payments - SSP, SMP, SPP etc
  • Sending full payment submission to HMRC
  • Other general ad hoc duties as required by the payroll team from time to time. 

You will need:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel
  • Minimum 3 years experience in payroll roll
  • AAT qualification or equivalent (desirable)
