Would you like a varied role with a mix of Administration and Reception duties? 

Element Recruitment are partnering with a professional services client, who need support in their Exeter office. Temporary the Receptionist / Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of the office. You'll be the face of the business so will need to come across as both friendly and professional, as you will be greeting clients, answering the phone, arranging meeting rooms and provide administrative support to other departments.

This is initially on a temporary contract, with a view to go in a permanent role.

  • Working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Office based role
  • £12.46 - £12.73 per hour
  • Easily accessible from the motorway
  • Free parking

Duties include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Ensure the Reception area presentable
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Handling post
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Invoicing
  • Potentially support with the social media / marketing 
  • Reporting
  • Ad hoc support the Office Manager with administrative tasks

You will need:

  • To be well presented, friendly and professional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to be a part of the team
  • To be efficient, well organised and able to manage multiple tasks at any one
