Are you an experienced Officer Administrator / Coordinator? Looking for a temporary assignment for around 6-8 weeks?
Element Recruitment are working with company in Central Bristol who are in need of a Temporary Office Administrator. You'll act at the first point of contact for the company, support the Operations Manager as well as the other teams. This will suit you if you an excellent communicator, proactive in your approach along with exceptional attention to detail.

£14.36 per hour
Office based
Contract length is 6-8 weeks, potentially longer
37.5 hours per week, and you can start anytime between 8am - 9am
Duties include:
Covering reception, meeting and greeting visitors and answering the phones
Administrative support to the wider team and line manager
Keeping the office tidy / setting up for meetings
Organising stationary
You will:
Be happy to answer the office phone and pass on message
Have prior administration experience
Happy to work autonomously and within a team
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
