Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established charity that is looking to recruit a Part-Time HR Administrator to join their friendly and supportive People team on a 30 hours per week basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop their HR experience within a values-driven organisation where people are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting with absence, holiday and employee data management
  • Ensuring HR records remain accurate and compliant

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy administrative role.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A positive and team-focused approach
