Key Responsibilities

  • Scanning and distributing incoming post
  • Managing scanning projects (e.g. document archiving)
  • Booking couriers and handling outgoing post
  • Archiving files and coordinating retrieval from external storage
  • Assisting with meeting and event set-ups
  • Maintaining a tidy and well-presented office environment
  • Maintaining safety logs, signage and equipment checks
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies efficiently
  • Carrying out routine office checks and escalating issues when needed
  • Supporting with scheduling and management of contractors (cleaning, maintenance etc.)
  • Following established facilities procedures to ensure consistency
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and suggesting best practice enhancements

About You

  • Previous experience within a Facilities role (desirable)
  • Hands-on, practical and proactive approach (essential)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Organised, reliable and service-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office setting
