Element Recruitment are partnering with a company in Oxford who are indeed of a Temporary Facilities Assistant. You will be able to apply for the permanent role while in the temporary position.

As Facilities Assistant you will ensure the day-to-day management of all facilities and archiving requirements are met, as well as providing support to the Facilities Supervisor.

Initially on a 3 month basis, with a view of going in to a permanent role

£13.253per hour

100% office based role

Duties include:

  • Cover mail room duties on a daily basis
  • Stationery
  • Providing reprographics support for all departments on request
  • Investigate and respond accordingly to any building repairs needed and contacting contractor accordingly
  • Assist the Facilities Supervisor with any requirements
  • Manage storeroom, control of rubbish/recycling and kitchen standards
  • Complete H&S inductions for new members of staff ensuring accurate records are kept, supported by the H&S Co-ordinator

You will need:

  • Previous experience within a customer service role or office environment
  • Previous experience within a professional services environment is desirable
  • Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • A can-do attitude
