Element Recruitment is working with a successful business in Avonmouth to recruit a Temporary Admissions Coordinator . This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a well-organised team, supporting the check-in of vehicles arriving on site.

Temporary role – 2 weeks initially (likely to extend)
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
£12.21 per hour
Site-based in Avonmouth | Free on-site parking
Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet delivery drivers and manage incoming vehicle arrivals

  • Complete visual checks and accurately log details using a tablet

  • Record and report any damage or discrepancies

  • Keep internal systems updated and support the logistics team

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth intake process

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence with a car

  • Previous experience in a hands-on or operational role is helpful, but not essential

  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day

  • Strong attention to detail and able to follow structured processes

  • Confident using basic technology (tablet/iPad – training provided)

  • Reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
