Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant

3 months temporary | £12 p/h - £14 p/h |Ross-on-Wye

I am currently recruiting a Temporary AP Assistant based in Ross-on-Wye. This temporary cover is required due to extra workload and is expected to last for 3 months. However, for the right candidate, there might be a possibility for this role to be extended.

This position is fully office-based, with flexible working hours ranging from 28 hours per week to 37.5 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to work for a very successful family run business. This position could also go permanent!

The main responsibility for this role will include processing and uploading invoices, data entry and assisting in the general reconciliations and ad hoc tasks of the accounts.

Skills required:

• Previous experience within an accounts position
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have previously dealt with large volume invoices
• Have a strong excel skills
