Tax Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an innovative, high growth client in a thriving sector as they look to hire a Tax Manager, in a newly created role.

You will work closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership to ensure all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and in line with UK legislation, while also contributing to strategic tax planning and identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies. This is a key role offering a diverse and stimulating portfolio of tax responsibilities across R&D tax, VAT, CIS, and wider corporate tax compliance and advisory work.

The ideal candidate will be ACA Qualified (CTA Qualification desirable or studying towards), either with experience in a UK Corporate Tax driven role, or looking to take your first step out of practice having followed a Corporate Tax qualification route. You will have either experience or knowledge of R&D Tax, VAT and Tax Compliance.

This business are operating on a hybrid working basis of 3 days per week in the office in Bristol, with a salary of up to £60,000 on offer plus wider company benefits.
