Tax Manager
Central Bristol - Office Based
50,000 - 55,000 DOE
A successful independent accountancy practice is looking to recruit a tax manager to bolster their Taxation team in their Bristol office. The ideal candidate will have previous direct experience working in a similar role and Qualified in or working towards their CTA.
You'll deal with a broad and rewarding range of tax. Rarely will you have the opportunity to engage directly with clients on tax such as; corporate tax, tax planning, strategy, trusts, capital gains, and inheritance tax.
This role would really suit someone with a broad tax base of knowledge, although if you have a good tax knowledge but have a great personality and can develop quickly we would be keen to speak to you.
Desired Experience:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a Practice including producing a full set of accounts and both personal and corporate tax computations.
- Be an experienced accountant/tax advisor able to handle their own client files.
- Be confident in meeting new clients
- Confident dealing with registering trusts capital gains, and inheritance tax
