Element Recruitment are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a in house recruitment team supporting a rapidly growing, values-led organisation operating within a highly regulated sector.

You’ll play a vital role in delivering a first-class recruitment service across a wide variety of roles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for both high-volume and one-off roles across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates using tools like LinkedIn, market mapping, and specialist advertising platforms.
  • Supporting hiring managers with writing compelling job adverts, screening candidates, and creating interview materials and assessments.
  • Building strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all recruitment policies, including GDPR, equal opportunities, and safer recruitment standards.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data, producing regular reports and insights for senior leadership.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider People team and identifying opportunities to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Supporting strategic recruitment projects as directed by the TA Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition.

About you

  • Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role.
  • Experience managing both high-volume and niche/skills-shortage recruitment.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and using an ATS/HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law related to recruitment.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple vacancies at once.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role is paying upto £34,000 with hybrid working of 1 day in the Somerset office once a week.
