Element Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a fantastic Tech company in the heart of Bristol to help them find an Talent Acquisition Coordinator, to support the very busy Talent Team. This role will be varied, requiring a highly organised, and collaborative approach and ideally you'll need to be a solid Administrator who has supported or worked with TA or Recruitment Teams.

  • £14.42 per hour working 40 hours per week

Duties include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including coordinating candidate communications and scheduling interviews
  • Booking meeting rooms, managing calendars, and liaising with hiring managers to ensure interviews run smoothly
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive, professional experience
  • Preparing and processing offer documentation and supporting the administration around new hires
  • Supporting the handover of information to the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth start for new starters
  • Managing the recruitment mailbox, monitoring incoming queries, and responding efficiently
  • Assisting the TA with Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Providing general administrative and ad‑hoc support to the wider team as required

You will need to have:

  • Previous HR or administration experience is desirable, but most importantly, you’ll bring energy and professionalism to the role
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident in building positive relationships
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Happy to work in the office in Bristol at least 3 days per week, if not more
  • Be able to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Having a strong eye for detail
