Shipping & Logistics Coordinator Manager (part-time) - Bath

Element Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading creative business based in Bath who are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join them on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is vital for overseeing the efficient movement of products, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely arrival of goods while managing logistics and customs processes.

What you'll be doing: 

• Organise all sea and air freight shipments according to project timelines.
• Liaise with shippers to secure competitive costs and lead times.
• Manage shipping efficiency by collaborating with Project Managers for order grouping.
• Track vessel sailing dates and communicate any delays or early deliveries.
• Handle important documents such as packing lists and customs documents.
• Route and track orders to customers while ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.
• Monitor shipping rates and manage shipping trackers and updates.
• Collaborate with warehouses and project managers to optimise logistics processes.
• Resolve shipping-related issues as they arise.
• Maintain and update the commodity code list and monitor freight spending.

This is a part-time role offering 26 hours over a flexible working pattern with a full time salary of £32,000 - £36,000. The head office is based in Bath and this role offers flexible hybrid/remote working.
