Element recruitment are assisting A well-established and growing financial services provider on their search for an experienced Senior SIPP Administrator to join their friendly and professional team. This role involves handling a variety of pension-related administration tasks, ensuring an exceptional level of service to clients and advisers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing new SIPP applications and transfers (including QROPS)
  • Processing complex cases such as death benefits and pension sharing on divorce
  • Handling pension contributions, drawdowns, and benefit requests
  • Monitoring allowance limits and preparing client communications
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal procedures
  • Liaising with external providers and attending relevant meetings
  • Supporting the wider team and taking ownership of issues when needed

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Senior SIPP Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of at least two core SIPP processes (e.g., transfers, benefits, complex cases)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and pension administration systems
  • Pension qualifications (or willingness to study CF1 & FA2 within 12 months)
  • A proactive, confident approach and calm under pressure
