Element recruitment are partnering alongside a reputable, market leading business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner. This role will be focused on business operations and building long-lasting relationships with key business stakeholders.

You will join the business in an interesting time In their journey, focussing on forging relationships with key business stakeholders in the group.

As a Finance Business Partner you will understand financial information (FP&A) and work closely with non-finance staff, supporting key stakeholders understand key financial information.

Accountabilities;

You’ll be a proven Finance Business Partner with an ability to develop and maintain relationships  within a thriving environment.

You’ll also focus on:

• Building relationships with the executive leadership team in order to understand the business and the impact of operational changes

• Modelling on new/existing business scenarios

• Understanding and presentation of commercial/financial performance
