Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with landmark South West business in their search for a Senior Group FP&A Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A with interface with the C-Suite, this role is a pivotal hire at what is an exciting time for the group and the FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities include;
This role will lead the FP&A processes for the Group, delivering accurate financial planning, insightful analysis, and strategic support to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong FP&A experience with a comfortability and confidence to communicate, challenge and present at Director/C-suite level. You will be highly analytical, making use of BI tools and systems and be an advocate for change, with a continuous improvement mindset. You will have experience of working within an international business with experience and exposure of a group structure.
Working on a hybrid basis (2 days per week in South West HQ), this business are offering a remuneration package of up to £100,000 plus wider, above market average benefits.
