Senior Finance Business Partner | £60,000 - £65,0000 + 25% bonus | Bristol

One of the most desirable brands in Bristol is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner. You'll be a Commercial Finance professional with very strong interpersonal skills. Communication is one of the key factors in this role as you'll be partnering with C-Suite and challenging the business. You will understand the competitive landscape and bring a financial lens to strategic decision making & influence, and encourage scalable solutions with a focus on long term financial health.

Role:

• Partnering with C-Suite, providing financial insight and challenge to strategic decisions
• Work with senior business leaders to prepare analysis to support and challenge financial decision making
• Contribute to the financial annual budgeting process
• Work with the business to provide strategic 3-5 year forecasts
• Analyse cost base improvements and present to leadership team
• Own and manage the investment appraisal process
• Continuous process improvement
