Senior Finance Analyst

Bristol - Hybrid

£37,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Element are pleased to be representing a long standing client for the appointment of a senior finance analyst into their growing finance function. The ideal candidate will be part qualified, or latter stages, looking to further their experience within analysis and BAU finance,

Role & Responsibilities

Rebuilding management reporting packs using PowerBI
Working closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to work out long term strategies.
Budgeting & forecasting, and month end management reporting
Ad hoc support with year end close, preparing reports for senior members of finance
Oversee implementations of new systems into the finance function
Business partner with the wider finance function, ensuring high capacity utilisation within the business.

Key Characteristics

Demonstrated experience using PowerBI, PowerQuery, VBA
Part Qualified or Finalist with a relevant accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or equivalent experience
Experience of working within a similar role regarding Financial Analysis.
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Good attention to detail and administrative skillset
Prior experience of communicating finance information to non finance stakeholders
