Element Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a respected consultancy that delivers impactful change across the public sector. We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to lead high-profile projects focused on workforce planning, skills development, and service improvement.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and delivering innovative people strategies that drive real-world outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth of a purpose-driven consultancy.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex consultancy assignments
  • Providing expert advice on workforce strategy, organisational change, and programme management
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a strategic advisor
  • Managing internal teams, subcontractors, and associates
  • Supporting business development through proposals and tenders
  • Evaluating project outcomes and embedding continuous improvement
  • Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in consultancy, ideally within the public sector
  • Deep expertise in workforce transformation, organisational development, or skills planning
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence in advising senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
