This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to influence national workforce initiatives and deliver meaningful change through trusted client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing sector-specific business development plans aligned with organisational goals
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with public sector clients, particularly in the health sector
• Leading high-value client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment
• Preparing and presenting compelling proposals, tenders, and pitches to secure new opportunities
• Providing strategic insights through horizon scanning and policy analysis
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client success

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in strategic account management or client relationship roles
• Strong background in project management, ideally within the public or health sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for public service improvement
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
