Do you have previous experience working in financial services? Would you like to join a company with a great office, amazing team and also offer clear career progression options? 

Element Recruitment are working with a Financial Services company in Bath to help them find a Senior Administrator to work in their newly renovated office. You will join the team to support the Client Executives and Financial Planners, whilst delivering exceptional service to customers and colleagues. 

  • £25,000 - £28,000 salary
  • Central Bath, close to the train station
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • Full time but part time hours will be considered

Duties include:

  • Working with clients to submit new applications, process requests and tracking to ensure SLAs are met
  • Updating the CRM
  • Keeping the client team regularly updated with progress on progress
  • Any ad hoc requests
  • Review reports on a regular basis
  • Project work

You will need:

  • To have a minimum of 1+ years administration experience
  • Experience working in financial services (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • To be a team player
  • Experience of using Intelligent office desirable
  • Adaptable
  • To be able to meet tight deadlines
