Senior Accountant - Bristol - Central

Senior Accountant  | Central Bristol | £35,000 - £50,000

A highly successful and established Bristol-based general accountancy practice is looking for a Senior Accountant due to growth and expansion.

This firm is based in Central Bristol and has a mixed and varied client base including hospitality, retail, technology, professional services and charities.

They have a really warm and inclusive culture/office and they are looking for a Tax / Accounting professional who is keen to work in a practice environment where they will advise clients on a wide variety of Tax and Commercial issues.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation and review of financial accounts
• Assisting managers with looking after a large portfolio of accounts and bookkeeping clients
• Assisting clients with VAT and bookkeeping queries, including set up and support on accounting systems
• Training and support to others in the office
• Assist Directors in the monitoring of outstanding client work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present budgets, forecasts and cashflows as required.
