Element Recruitment are partnering with a well-established professional services firm on their search for an organised and proactive Secretary to join their growing team on a part time basis.

Working hours : 9:30 - 14:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to partners and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Perform general office tasks and support broader operational needs

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
