Job description:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Preparing quotations, sales orders, and contracts
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
  • Processing orders and coordinating with internal departments
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Producing reports, forecasts, and sales documentation
  • Supporting sales meetings and presentations
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures

About You:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
