Job Summary | Finance & HR Assistant
Element Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-established client, who are looking for a Finance & HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to support a growing business. The primary focus of this role is finance, particularly in Sales Ledger, with Adhoc assistance in HR.

Salary - £27,000 - £30,000

Office-based role

Full-time, Permanent role

Responsibilities

  • Creating sales invoices
  • Posting invoices onto the purchase ledger
  • Verifying prices on supplier invoices
  • Maintaining up-to-date credit request spreadsheets
  • Reviewing monthly statements from suppliers
  • Assisting with HR functions as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a finance based role.
  • Experience in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail.
