What You’ll Do

  • Process customer and reseller orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage monthly renewals, licences, and online access for clients.
  • Support Sales Account Managers with documentation and admin tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, maintaining calendars and logistics.
  • Handle certificates, attendance tracking, and event support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in administration, office management, sales coordination, or customer service.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
