Sales Administrator / Account Manager - Bristol

Do you have previous Sales Admin or Account Management experience? Do you have a full drivers license?

Element are working with a company in Avonmouth who are in need of a Sales Administrator / Account Manager. This is role has an administrative function as well as account management, while also supporting the Operations Manager and stepping up to managing contracts when they are off.

Paying £26,000 - £27,000

Located in Avonmouth, office based

Duties include:

  • Managing client relationships

Day to day running of remedials, including all admin tasks from booking in work to entering data in to the system

  • Invoicing and sending quotations
  • Help manage issue work to the in-house labour and sub-contractors
  • Ensure workers get the necessary paperwork
  • Prepare contracts to finance for invoicing
  • Manage the inbox and handle phone calls from sales, sites and customers


You will need:

  • Previous account management or Sales Admin experience
  • A drivers license (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • To be happy to work both autonomously and as part of a team
