Revenue Accounting Manager - South Wales

Element Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an international business, with European headquarters based in the South West (near Bristol), with a newly created role as a result of sustained growth.

Working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director, this role will play a major part in understanding how the business recognise and account for revenue in line with the group accounting policy under IFRS. You will work with the contract management team to maximise revenue, identifying leakage and working with operational stakeholders to ensure revenue assurance activities are compliant and contribute towards the business growth.

You will consider yourself to be of high calibre and technical accounting qualification (ACA,ACCA) with a minimum of 3-5 years post qualified experience. Strong working knowledge of IFRS standards, with experience of revenue accounting / revenue recognition is required. You will be a strong user of Microsoft Excel, and experience with a large finance ERP (Oracle/SAP) would be advantageous. 

This role will pay an attractive package, of up to £60k plus bonus, longer term incentive plan (paid over 4 years) and employee share save scheme, as well as other benefits. Due to COVID-19, this business are currently working from home with a flexible approach to be applied post COVID.
