Recruitment Consultant

In this role you will be responsible for identifying and developing new clients, recruiting candidates and filling vacancies. You will work alongside recruiters with over 100+ years combined experienced in the Bristol market.

Working with our HR & Business Support team, the role will include:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates, working with them closely to provide first class customer service
• Identifying target clients, making sales calls and booking meetings
• Meeting clients to discuss vacancies,  giving advice on salary and market trends
• Taking detailed job and person specifications
• Writing job adverts and social media content to attract candidates
• Identifying suitable candidates through a variety of methods
• Scheduling and conducting candidate registrations, ensuring compliance regulations are met
• Supporting clients and candidates through the recruitment process
• Hitting weekly KPI’s and achieving monthly billing targets
• Understanding basic terms and negotiating fees
