We are looking for a talented and driven Record to Report (R2R) Manager to lead a high-performing shared service accounting team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all R2R management accounting activities, maintaining financial integrity, and driving continuous process improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the standardisation and optimization of all R2R processes across the organization.
• Ensuring that all accounting records are maintained and reconciled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Applying lean methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Balancing workloads across the team and fostering cross-skilling to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Collaborating with the wider financial control team to implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Delivering consistent, reliable outputs to support month-end close, reporting, planning, and analysis activities.
• Supporting external and internal audit processes.
• Managing, developing, and motivating the R2R team, ensuring strong performance management and succession planning.

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven management experience
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
