Are you an experienced Receptionist? Looking for a role in an prestigious company in Bristol?

Element Recruitment are working with an award winning firm in Bristol, who are looking for a Receptionist join the team on a full-time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has worked as a Receptionist in a Corporate company, or perhaps from the hotel industry who no longer wishes to work weekends.

You’ll be part of the team to help deliver an exceptional experience across all touchpoints to clients, visitors and staff.

Working Monday – Friday, office based role

The Role

  • Create a refined and welcoming front-of-house atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality, anticipating needs with grace and confidence
  • Manage calls and enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring each is executed to the highest standard
  • Provide thoughtful administrative support to the Operations team

About You

  • Experience in a luxury hospitality or professional front-of-house setting
  • A genuine passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive, positive, and polished approach
