Project Manager (FTC until June 2027) - Bristol - Central

Element Recruitment are working with a leading sustainability company based in Bristol who are looking for a permanent Project Manager to join them on a fixed-term contract until June 2027.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the operational delivery of our Collect service from onboarding through to reporting
• Leading and developing a high-performing delivery team
• Driving efficiency, scalability and continuous improvement across processes
• Managing KPIs, performance frameworks and service quality
• Acting as a key link between Product, Tech, Sales and Members teams
• Ensuring an exceptional client experience while balancing commercial priorities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in operations or project management (ideally in regulated/data-driven environments)
• Is a confident leader and team developer
• Brings a data-led mindset with strong Excel/analysis skills
• Can manage stakeholders and complex client relationships with ease
• Enjoys solving problems and building better, smarter ways of working
